Coast Guard Medivacs Two Men from Cruise Ship Near Hawaii

In a recent incident off the coast of Hawaii, the U.S. Coast Guard successfully medevaced two men from a Princess cruise ship. The operation took place approximately fifty miles from Cape Kamukahi on a Saturday morning.

According to reports, an eighty-six-year-old man was suffering from internal bleeding, while a seventy-year-old man exhibited symptoms resembling a heart attack. The urgency of their conditions necessitated immediate medical attention.

The Coast Guard acted swiftly to ensure the safety of both individuals, transporting them to Hilo Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment. As of now, both men are reported to be in stable condition, which is a relief given the seriousness of their medical emergencies.
