Spooky Melon Buns

One of the standout items this season is the spooky melon bun, a Japanese-inspired sweet bread crafted to capture the essence of Halloween. Alberto Fernandez, a representative from Brug Bakery, describes the spooky melon bun as a chigiri bun, designed to be shared among friends and family. The bun not only showcases a Halloween theme with its fun designs but also retains the traditional flavors of Japanese pastry.
